Font of choice – I used Monika, found

Scrapkit by Puddicat Creations called Blue Dream This is FTU found

Tube of choice. I used Cherished by Keith Garvey. These tubes can be purchased through PTE

Grey scalloped frame.

HERE

New canvas 700 x 700

Fill white.

Open grey scalloped frame and paste as a new layer.

Selections - select all. Selections - float. Selections - defloat.

Layers - new raster layer. Paste paper 12 into selection.
Deselect.

Sharpen. Give inner bevel of choice. Dropshadow.
Delete template.

Element 2 - Paste above white background. Move up so the top peeks above the frame. Duplicate - flip. Merge both together. Rename DECO1.

Duplicate DECO1. Free rotate right 45. Sharpen.

Rename this DECO2.

Duplicate DECO2. Mirror. Rename DECO3

Back to DECO1 again. Duplicate. Free rotate right 90. Sharpen. Rename DECO4.

Close off white background and frame, and merge visible all DECO layers.

Adjust blur gaussian radius 5

Effects - texture effects - mosaic glass on default settings.

Duplicate this layer twice more, and merge visible.

Re-open white background and frame.

Click inside frame with magic wand. Selections - modify - expand 10. Layers - new raster layer. Paste paper 1 into selection.
Deselect. Sharpen

Move paper layer below frame, but above the DECO layer.

Tree1 - Resize 60%. Position in bottom right corner above DECO layer.

Erase the part of the trunk showing at the bottom.
Duplicate - mirror. Merge both layers together.

Duplicate - flip.

Paste Tree1 again - still resized 60%. Free rotate right 90 and position on bottom right.

Duplicate - mirror.

Go back to the right side copy. Duplicate, and resize this one 80%. Move it left and down a bit.

Duplicate - mirror.

Sharpen & Dropshadow all tree1 layers.

Ribbon3 – Resize 50%. Position above frame on left.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror.

Dropshadow both.

Doodle8 - resize 50%. Paste to bottom right above ribbon3 layer. Free rotate right 90

Duplicate - mirror.

Doodle2 - Resize 50%. Paste to bottom left above doodle8 layer. Free rotate right 90

Duplicate - mirror.

Grapevine2 - Adjust - Hue and Saturation both to 0. Resize 50% and paste above doodle2 layer at top left of frame.

Duplicate - mirror.

Sharpen & Dropshadow both

Element 1 – Mirror. Resize 50% and position on left.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

 Candle 2 – Resize 60%.

Adjust Hue & Saturation 0   0

Sharpen

Dropshadow.

Candle 1 – Resize 50%.

Sharpen

Dropshadow.

Candle 3 – Resize 55%.

Adjust Hue & Saturation 0   0

Sharpen

Dropshadow.

Merge 3 candles into one layer.

Using selection tool, make selection round a small area around the wicks of each candle.

Layers – new raster layer. Fill white.

Deselect.

Adjust – blur – Gaussian 3
Drop opacity to 67.

Windchimes1 – Resize 50%

Sharpen. Position to right.

Dropshadow.

Flower1 – Resize 70% then 80%. Position to the right. Sharpen.

Duplicate – mirror.

Dropshadow both.

Flower2 – Resize 70% twice. Position in centre.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Paste closeup tube as top layer.
Duplicate and move one to sit between frame and Paper 1 layer.

Click on paper 1 layer. Selections - select all. Selections - float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on bottom tube and hit delete.

Deselect.

Click on top tube layer and erase excess.

Dropshadow top tube only.

Add any embellishments of choice.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
